About Us:
The Agostino Group is a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office based in Adelaide.  We own and operate a number of AMPM Petrol and Convenience stores across South Australia in addition to multiple fast-food restaurants including Carl’s Jr and Subway.

We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Store Managers to lead our team within our St Peters AMPM Fuel and Convenience store.

The Role:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for independently coordinating all facets of the daily operations of the store while successfully driving your teams to meet the needs of the store and organisation.

The Store Manager will also assist the Business Development Manager in organisational compliance, risk mitigation, business continuity and continuous improvement activities, while being a champion of company programs and policies to enable engagement of the workforce.

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to.

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, induct, train and performance manage workforce.
  • Ensure store compliance with work health safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels; perform stock takes and manage the cash flow of the site.
  • Undertake administration duties such as managing store budgets, invoicing and other organisational administrative compliance.
  • Console operation.

Due to the nature of our industry, it will also be expected you work public holidays.

About You:

You will be a mature minded, energetic and customer service orientated professional who is be looking for a challenge, bringing with you experience from either the retailing, hospitality and or fast-food industries.

You will possess highly effective interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to forward plan, apply control measures and delegate as required. With previous experience in management, you will be a natural leader who can think on their feet while delivering within set time frames.
